1. Using the Service
By creating links you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.
2. Links Are Temporary
Every link expires after the lifetime you choose, at most 7 days, and is then deleted permanently along with its analytics. We don't offer extensions beyond 7 days, archives or recovery. Don't use the service for links that must keep working.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to link to or distribute:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware or deceptive downloads
- Content that is illegal, exploits minors, or promotes violence
- Spam, or links meant to evade another platform's filters
- Content that infringes someone else's rights
You also agree not to probe, overload or bypass the service's rate limits and safety checks, or to access it with automated tools beyond reasonable personal use.
4. Safety Checks and Enforcement
We automatically check destinations and may refuse to create a link, show visitors a warning, or delete a link or workspace that we reasonably believe breaks these terms, without notice. Automated checks can be wrong in both directions; they are a safety aid, not a guarantee.
5. Workspace Keys
Your links belong to a workspace key stored in your browser. Anyone with the key can manage those links, so keep it private. If you lose it, we can't recover it. You can rotate or delete your workspace at any time in Settings.
6. Availability
The service is provided as is and as available. The server sleeps when idle, so the first request after a quiet period can be slower. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service, including links that expire, are removed, or lead to third-party sites. See the Disclaimer.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. Contact hello@example.com with questions.
